HOW IS CONTENT UPLOADED INTO THE VISIVART DIGITAL SIGNAGE?
Content is very simple and quick to upload: to transfer content on site all you need is a USB stick (link to manual for managing content on site), otherwise you can send the content to the device remotely (link to manual for managing content remotely) over our online cloud platform using a computer or smartphone connected to the Internet in WIFI/4G.
WHICH DIGITAL FORMATS ARE SUPPORTED?
Visivart Digital Signage can take content in the form of images, videos and music and in PDF, Word, Excel, PPT and APK format. Web applications or Internet websites can also be viewed on devices connected to the net.
I CAN’T CREATE OR MANAGE CONTENT. CAN YOU DO IT FOR ME? CAN YOU ALSO PROGRAM MARKETING CAMPAIGNS?
Of course, we use the services of a specialised marketing and communications agency and can, on request, create, manage and program content based on your business requirements.
CAN YOUR PRODUCTS BE CONNECTED TO THE INTERNET?
Yes, VISIVART devices can be connected to the Internet through WI-FI or an Ethernet connection cable.

Yes, anti-glare screens can be supplied, on request.
CAN THE TOUCH SCREEN BE DEACTIVATED?
No, the touch screen cannot be deactivated. We recommend you buy the product without touch screen technology if you do not require interactivity.
CAN YOUR DEVICES BE CUSTOMISED?
For orders of a certain size, we can also provide support with customising the appearance and functionality of devices.
CAN YOUR PRODUCTS BE RENTED?
A rental service is not available at the moment.
